Non compliance with the rules will result in guests being immediately expelled from the property and forfeiture of all rental fees We do have geckos that like to hang out on the lanai and will occasionally enter the home. We coexist happily with our gecko friends as they eat mosquitos and less desirable critters. Just know that they are part of the flora and fauna of the Big Island.
