Just steps to the beach and promenade with no streets to cross! Awesome views of the ocean and bay from all decks! The main suite with king bed and bath is on the top floor and has its own deck. The large living room, dining room, kitchen, half bath and two decks occupy the second floor. The other three bedrooms and full bath are on the first floor. Shed with beach chairs and other beach amenities located at back of house. Great for families! PLEASE NOTE LINENS AND TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED The space For planning purposes, the main bedroom has a king size bed, one of the bedrooms has a queen size bed, and the other two bedrooms have two twins each. We recently added baseboard heating to the bottom floor, three bedrooms for those chilly evenings in the fall and spring. As a reminder, linens and towels are not included. For fall and spring rentals only gas fireplace may be available. The downstairs bathroom was recently renovated, and the main bedroom suite now has a walk-in large shower. Guest access Self check in.
