There are 6 bikes at Red Fox for guests to use on a first come first-served basis. They must use the bike lock and put it back at our bike rack, locked after each use. The bike combination is available upon request. All guests who use the bikes do so at their own risk. They are responsible for the appropriate use and locking it up when used and when put away. Guests must supply their own helmets, should they want to use them. All children are required to use helmets when on bikes in Cape May, so guests should follow this local law. SUPPLIES NOT PROVIDED Shampoos, soaps, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, coffee ( some guests may leave unused supplies behind as a courtesy) -LINENS and TOWELS ARE NOT provided but can be rented through RED FOX Concierge upon request. SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS Maximum capacity of 6 people. First floor two bedroom suite with Queen bed. 2 single beds 1 full bath , 1 sleeper sofa full size ENTERTAINMENT There is a large television in the family room with streaming capability. High speed internet. Log into your paid services and don't forget to log out when you leave! BEACH There are two public beach areas nearby; Cape May City and Cape May Point. Both require tags. This rental provides does NOT provide beach tags. Daily/weekly tags can be purchased with cash at any of the beach entrances. DOGS There is a dog park nearby on Lafayette St. Dogs are permitted along the beaches of the Delaware bay which is a short 7 minute drive. Several restaurants allow dogs, primarily outdoor seating. COMMUNICATION Once your lease is signed, a dedicated rental agent will reach out to you through the email you provide. Any further questions , not covered in this listing should be addressed directly with your rental agent as they will be able to answer you regarding the specifics of your property and lease agreement. Please avoid messaging through the app once you have booked. CHECK IN/OUT Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Keys will be picked up from our office; Century 21 Gilmartin & Company. If you will be arriving after hours your bag will be hanging in our 24 hour kiosk set up in the parking lot. We can NOT offer late departures or early check-ins. We need to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. There have not been any recent renovations. There are imperfections that come with a home this age. HOUSE RULES Please be respectful of neighbors.
