The Aloha Suite is a Private Detached Suite. Private secure parking with an outside security camera on the Gate. Owners live on property and are readily available for you. The space The Big Island is just that, BIG! For your daily adventures this location is a great starting home base.. The Aloha Suite has a big open feel. Vaulted ceilings gives you a great open large comfortable feel to the Suite. Too warm for you, enjoy the provided mini-split to set the perfect temperature. You can start your day on the large private Lanai with a morning beverage of choice. Then it's off to see Hawaii. Majority of the sites-to-see are 25-40 minutes away. Why waste your time driving, when from the Aloha Suite your adventure is a short drive away. Want to see other side of the Island a mere one hour and 30 minutes gets you to some amazing beach sites. After a day of exploring, end the night by listen to the sounds of the ocean and our Coqui frogs. We are so excited to share our Aloha Suite. The Aloha Suite sits on a one acre lot. The property is on a well system with great drinking water (No Catchment). Our Property has some amazing lava formation on the property. We carved out and saved as much of the natural landscaping of the property. As you pull in and park in your private spot next to your private suite, you will notice the large lava mound right there to explore. Your private Lanai awaits you as you begin to unwind and hear the crashing of the ocean throughout your stay. You'll be visited by our local gecko's and lizards as well. This is a tropical experience. This is a great location to explore the Big Island. Amazing Black Sand beaches as close as 20 to 30 min away. The Volcano National Park entrance 25 to 40 min away. Ocean Whale watching areas (Seasonal) and spectacular ocean views 10 to 15 minute walk. Down town Hilo 25 to 35 minutes. Gas & Food 15 to 20 min. A great location for a big island! Guest access Guest will have their own private suite and parking separate from the main house. There is wifi for the suite along with Internet TV. TV includes Paramount+, HBO Max, Amazon Prime, Disney +, ESPN+, and Hulu (All Subject to change). The kitchenette and large refrigerator allows you to cook and prepare your own meals. There is BBQ as well for all your grilling needs. Please Note: Netflix is available for your own personal account. Laundry room hours 8 am to 1 pm (last load for washer 1 pm) Other things to note Hawaii has a tropical climate and we live on the tropical side of the Island. Insects, lizards & rodents thrive in this environment. We make every effort to minimize your contact with them inside & outside of the unit. We ask if there are any issue please let us address them. Presence of these creatures does not constitute a breach of contract or offer the Guest any rights to refunds. We have a camera on the gate and two cameras that oversee the outside main house Lanai and back of the main house No cameras are located in any inside areas or monitor any privacy guest would expect to enjoy. All cameras do record sound and video when motion is detected. Our property’s landscaping is not kid or infant friendly. The Big Island Is big, so driving 20 to 40 minutes to your destinations is common regardless of your location on the Island. Reminder AT&T service is very spotty in our location. We hope your stay with us brings some Aloha to your life that will last a life-time. About our Ohana. Lori and I came to the Islands on vacation a few years back. Ever since then our dream was to move to one of the Islands. We officially made the Big Island (Hawaii) home. Our two 10 lb. fur babies live with us in the main house.
