My Dream house with views of the marsh and sunset

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements. The space You will be provided a key to the Main outside door of the house and A key to the door to the entire first floor 2 bedroom apartment. We also have a key to one the the back sliders. I live on the second and third floor and am enjoying having people spend vacation time at this location on wonderful Plum Island. The mini kitchen has a sink with hot and cold water. Dishes, silverware, glasses, tea kettle, pots and pans etc. are provided. There is full size free standing refrigerator with a freezer. Under the counter there is a cooler for cold drinks and a red wide cooler. On top of the counter there is an up-scale toaster oven that you can toast or bake in, two burner hot plate, microwave and a Kureg coffee machine with K cups. Under the counter on the bar side there is a coffee pot for guests that prefer making ground coffee. A electric frying pan is there for eggs, bacon, french toast, etc. A propane grill is located on the back patio. The back patios are quiet and have shade in the afternoon and birds that visit the pine trees and the bird bath. Guest access You have the entire first floor of the house. The first floor deck on the front of the house you access from the living room slider and the patio in the back of the house which you access from the sliders in each of the two bedrooms. Parking is the driveway and the front of house. There is a back yard but use caution to stay away from the perimeter of the yard where there is tall grass that may have poison ivy mixed in. The yard is sand and beach grass. Other things to note This house is the first one on your left when you turn right onto Sunset Drive number 5. The driveway is for the visitors to use during their stay. You can walk to the ocean, stores and restaurants. We have two ice cream stands on the Island that you can easily walk to. The Federal Reserve Entrance is at the end of Sunset Drive. Sandy Point is a popular beach at the very end of the reserve. You have easy access on and off the Island from your location.
