The property features three fully equipped kitchens, 8 private parking spots, outdoor shower, wifi, beach supplies, huge wrap around porch with wicker rockers, fully furnished 20"x 25" sun deck, and a grassy side yard that is partially fenced in. The ground floor (no steps) has bedrooms and bathrooms that are handicap accessible. JUNE 20th - AUGUST 22nd weekly rentals ONLY! Saturday to Saturday. The space The property has been beautifully and thoughtfully renovated while preserving the historic charm of the house. Combined with the ideal location and sprawling space of our house, renting with us will make your vacation to Ocean City the most memorable one yet! During the time of June 20th- August 22nd weekly rentals only. Guest access The guests will be able to enjoy the whole house. Other things to note The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to all that Ocean City has to offer- beach, boardwalk, restaurants, ice- cream parlors, downtown shops, etc. Please note we do NOT provide linens (bedsheets) and towels!
