It’s a Shore Thing that you’ll enjoy your stay in this newly renovated unit that’s 4 blocks to the beach and just around the corner from fabulous neighborhood restaurants and activities! This 4BR, 3BA unit sleeps 8 and has WiFi, central AC, laundry in-unit, dining for 10, full kitchen, living room and a covered front porch with plenty of seating, driveway parking and a fenced yard with grass and outdoor games! Unit was fully renovated in 2022. Come enjoy all that Ventnor has to offer! The space Park for free in the newly paved driveway and walk up the front steps to the fabulous covered front porch to find the entry to this raised first floor unit. The front porch includes plenty of comfy outdoor seating for enjoying your morning coffee and an outdoor dining table for 8. A gate is provided for those who would like to secure the space, for young children or dogs, from the front steps. Enter through the bright and cozy living room with comfortable seating and a SMART TV where your family can chill out for movies and play games at the end of a great beach day. The central dining room, with a table for 10, is a wonderful place to enjoy meals together and maybe even a big puzzle or two! On the left, there are two bedrooms with queen beds, dresser storage and hooks. These rooms share a full bathroom that’s accessed off of the central living/dining space. The queen and king-sized bedrooms on the right each have an en-suite full bathroom of their own and also include dresser storage and plenty of hooks. This unit is perfect for hosting two families with children! The kitchen is located at the back of the unit and offers direct access to the fully enclosed fenced side yard by way of a small deck and set of stairs so that you can easily enjoy the outdoor games area or let Fido out for a potty break. The washer and dryer are centrally located in the hallway adjacent to the master bedroom. Guest access You will enjoy having driveway parking for one vehicle. Parking in Ventnor Heights is free on the street and it is often easy enough to find a spot close by for any additional vehicles. The front door is accessed with an electronic lock that will be programmed with a code that will be communicated to you prior to your stay. Other things to note This property has a 3-night minimum due to local codes. No smoking. No parties. No additional undisclosed/unapproved guests overnight. No exceptions. Host lives nearby and will monitor activities and noise level as required. Full names of all guests must be provided prior to arrival. IDs may be verified upon check-in. Guest is entitled to one driveway parking spot. The upstairs tenant is also entitled to one parking spot. Please ensure there is always room for three vehicles by parking between the concrete joint lines. The unit you’ll be staying in is on the “first floor” of a house that’s been raised, so you need to use a set of steps to get to the front porch and entry. These steps are used by guests upstairs on the second floor unit too and must always remain fully accessible (no furniture or personal items to be used to block stairs). Dogs will be allowed ONLY on a pre-approved basis. Please include a photo and the name, breed, size and age of your dog within booking request. Additional pet fees will apply at $150/dog. Beach tags for 8 guests will be provided for your use in-season and must be returned upon the time of departure. Lost/stolen beach tags will incur a replacement fee of $30/each. Four (4) beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for your use. These must be stored inside the fenced yard around the back of the house or up on front deck when not in use. Sheets and towels provided for nightly/weekly rentals and must not be removed from the property. Heavily soiled linens will incur additional charges. Please bring your own beach towels!
