Our beautifully renovated condo is located on the top (second) floor of a concrete building. In addition to 1022 sq. feet indoors, the condo has a very spacious lanai complete with two loungers, a dining table for sunset dinners, and a BBQ if you're in the mood to grill. NEWLY INSTALLED A/C THROUGHOUT! We are happy to say that we now have full A/C in the condo to keep you cool day and night! Windows on almost every wall (along with ceiling fans) also welcome cool Maui breezes. Space to Relax: The open-concept of this condo allows for unrestricted sight-lines throughout the main living space. The sliders in the living room open wide for seamless indoor/outdoor living and to let the cool evening breezes flow in. In the living room, the sofa bed is equipped with queen-sized memory foam mattress and ready to sleep two little ones, or host a movie night. The Smart TV has Netflix, Amazon Prime and a Sonos soundbar that allows you to stream music from your smartphone. Cook with Ease: FULL KITCHEN RENOVATION COMPLETED MAY 2023!! Not only is it modern and beautiful, but it is fully stocked with cookware and everything you need. Whether you want to whip up a tropical smoothie, make a fresh and delicious poke bowl, or even bake some muffins, we've got you covered with all the right tools. In addition to all the regular appliances and dishware/cookware, here are a few little “extras” you will also find: Waffle maker Blender Rice cooker Hand blender/chopper Basic spices Sugar/creamers Tea/coffee Peaceful Slumber: The master bedroom has a comfortable King-sized Casper mattress for a restful sleep. In the living room, our sofa bed's queen-sized memory foam mattress is ready to sleep two little ones. For Parents of Little Ones: If you’re traveling with kids, we want to make things as easy as possible for you! Let us know ahead of time and we will provide you with a Pack and Play crib (complete with mattress, sheets and a blanket), a booster chair, children’s dishes & cups, and more. While we don't have a tub, we do have a very large shower in the master bath and have an infant tub if needed. Additionally, we have in-home laundry so you can head home or to your next destination all fresh and clean. Beach Supplies and Other Fun Stuff! For your beach excursions, we have beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, and beach toys. There are also games and puzzles provided for your use during your stay with us. You will have access to all areas in the space, with the exception of a locked owner closet and cupboard. Although we are not located in Hawaii, our on island agent, Dream Castle Consultants, is available to assist you with any emergency and non-emergency issues. The Palms at Wailea is a Mediterranean style complex with a total of 150 units, all set amid lush, tropical gardens in the heart of Wailea. Because each unit is separated from the others by variations in height and angle, privacy is optimized. The Palms at Wailea’s location and low density make it an abundantly peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The condo is just a short 10 minute walk to Keawakapu Beach, one of the best on the island, which is family-friendly and typically uncrowded. The Shops at Wailea are within walking distance and a great spot to grocery shop, explore and dine to your hearts content. For boogie boarders and snorkelers, Makena’s Big Beach and La Perouse Bay, respectively, are just a short drive away. For golfers, look no further than Wailea! We have 3 world class golf courses to enjoy! Kihei town and all the beaches, restaurants and shopping it has to offer are just a 10 minute drive away! The ocean-view saltwater pool and hot tub area will be one of your favourite spots to lounge, take a dip, or enjoy the sunset! Enjoy a dedicated free parking stall right in front of the unit. We are located off of Okolani Drive, a scenic tree-lined road with setback sidewalks perfect for an early morning or evening walk. The complex is within a 10-15 minute walk of beaches, restaurants, and The Shops at Wailea. If you choose to rent a car, you can enjoy a dedicated free parking stall right in front of the unit, as well as additional "unassigned" spots. Please note we are a strictly non-smoking complex with no pets allowed.
