We make requests to the front desk staff to assign the units close to each other, but we cannot guarantee that they will be next to each other or on the same floor or in the same building because it depends on what is available for your reservation time frame. In the worst case, you will have units in different buildings that are up to 100 feet apart. ✔Totaling 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms across both units. Each suite features: Master Bedroom: 1 King bed Second Bedroom: 2 Twin beds Living Room: Queen Murphy bed (folds away for more space) ✔ Fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryer, AC, and ceiling fans for your comfort ✔ Private balcony or patio with a dining table to enjoy the tropical breeze ✔ Professionally managed with on-site staff to take care of maintenance ⚠️ Please note that there's no ocean view This two-bedroom resort suite will accommodate your family with a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest room, and a Murphy bed in the living area. The condo offers its guests an array of wonderful amenities like outdoor pools and hot tubs to enjoy the beautiful Hawaii weather. There are barbecue grills in the common areas where you can plan a cookout and have a fun day in the resort. There are on-site movie rentals so you can choose a movie, make some popcorn and relax after long days of exploring. Guest access Check-in is at the fully staffed front desk, which can store luggage before/after your stay if needed. After a long day of adventures, it’s time to unwind in true Hawaiian style. Other things to note ✔️ The guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age, present a photo ID/credit card for a $250 refundable deposit per apartment at check-in. ✔️Since two units are assigned, two guest names are required - one per unit. If the main guest plans to arrive later, the reservation should be under the name of the guest arriving first, with the secondary guest listed as well. ✔️ This is a timeshare condos within a hotel-style apartment complex, and the pictures are from a typical unit, and the exact units are assigned at check-in. The exact view and layout may vary depending on the units assigned. All the units are under common management and have similar furnishings, decor, and layout. ✔️ Infants and children are counted towards maximum occupancy. ✔️ The two units may be in different buildings depending on availability. In the worst case, you will have units in different buildings that are approximately 100 feet apart. ✔️The resort has multiple 2-bedroom units, and the assigned units may be on different floors ✔️This is a timeshare property, and guests are not obligated to participate in any timeshare presentation. Attending a presentation is entirely optional, and should a salesperson approach you to attend one, you have the freedom to decline their invitation. ✔️We share this island with critters. While we treat the apartment monthly for pest control, you may occasionally see a roach or a gecko. These are harmless and do not entitle guests to refunds, but please let us know if you see more than one so we can call our technician. If coming across a critter will cause you to feel stress, unmanageable fear or cause you to empty the property, we suggest you do not book our property or another property on the Hawaiian Islands.
