This large, spacious and charming room comfortably is located in a home that sits on a quiet, suburban street. We are conveniently located 5 minutes from Rutgers, 40 minutes from NYC, and 40 minutes from the Jersey Shore. Lots of street parking (won't need to parallel park). In addition, new guests will always have freshly washed sheets Super bright and comfortable room with a queen size bed and plenty of drawer space for your belongings. Close to Rutgers and buses/trains to NYC. You don't need to know how to parallel park. BREAKFAST Grab and go style breakfast that usually includes coffee, tea, cereal, oatmeal, pastries, bagels. RUTGERS 5 minute drive. You will not be able to walk to campus. Must have a car or take public transportation. If you choose to take public transportation, NJ Transit buses 815/818 are stationed 2 blocks away. They will have access to a full size bathroom that is located next to their bedroom as well as a half size bathroom on the main floor. - Guests will also have access to a family room, that will be shared with other guests (if applicable), which contains a TV. During your stay I will stay out of your way unless you need something. I am always available via text/phone call and I do my best to respond in a prompt manner. Other things to note • We have a dog and sometimes two when my sister’s dog visits. Please note that they stay on my parents’ side of the home and do not interact with guests. However, as dogs do, they occasionally bark. If this may be uncomfortable for you, please consider other accommodations. • There are 1.5 bathrooms, shared with other guests when applicable. • Each guest will receive a room key and a door code. • Ample street parking is available directly in front of the house, and parking has never been an issue. • This listing is one of three rooms on Airbnb, all located within the same guest quarters.
