The space Delightful seashore cottage located 1 block to the Bay Beach is perfect for your Family and Friends to have a great vacation! The cottage layout provides plenty of living space and is very comfortable for four to six adults. There are two private driveways for off-street parking. There is a spacious Den and Comfy Living room separated by a large open kitchen. Including two breakfast bars, one in each (URL HIDDEN) Den and Living room have Verizon Fios TV, Stereo and Wi-Fi. There is air conditioning throughout The Cottage. Also, there is a 150 square foot deck with chairs, table, umbrella and a gas grill enclosed within a completely fenced-in yard for your privacy. There are two bedrooms, both with queen size beds and the Den couch folds out to a queen bed. As your host, we supply fresh linens for all four of the beds, so the only personal items you need to bring are your bath towels and sunscreen (washer & dryer onsite). All bath amenities are supplied. As a courtesy, we provide 6 Cape May Seasonal Beach Tags, 6 beach chairs, 8 beach towels and a beach umbrella. The Cottage is centralized within 10 minutes to Cape May or Wildwood beaches and attractions. Moreover, you'll have your two minute walk to the beautiful Delaware Bay with its white-sand beaches and Sunshine during the day and its awe-inspiring Sunsets at Dusk. Trust me, you will be extremely delighted with your choice of The Cottage! Guest access A digital access code will be provided before arrival. No keys to fumble with or worry about misplacing during your vacation. Other things to note The two private driveways provide a perfect parking situation should you be trailering a Jet Ski or small boat (16-19 ft.). There is a free ramp along the Cape May Canal with access to the Harbor, Ocean and all the back bays.
