Aquinnah Waterview Cottage walk to the Beach

Walk to beautiful Philbin Beach from this lovely, well maintained, ocean view cottage sited in a beautiful 5 acre field of freshly mowed grass with peak ocean views from the deck and 4 bedrooms to spread out. You will love to let the soothing sound of the waves lull you to sleep. The space We are located .5 mile from Philbin Beach entrance, or a 10 minute walk. This is the quieter part of the Island. You will be able to hear the surf most days (so very soothing). There are several eateries, the Outermost Restaurant and Bar and snack/lunch places at the cliffs. For budget minded folks, there are the Menemsha Fish markets for lunch. Make sure you visit the cliffs, Our amazing Lighthouse, the Wampanoag Museum (Vanderhoop Homestead) and enjoy all of our great beaches. Our Space is unique in that it is a real cottage with a contemporary vibe. Light, bright and breezy best describes our space, and privacy abounds in more than 15 Acres of pristine, natural surroundings. Birds, trees, flowers, berries, the ocean and of course the fantastic seafood - Anglers fish for their own dinner, or dig some steamers or quahogs or visit one of the great fishmarkets 7 miles from here in Menemsha (you may even be able to take the bike ferry from Aquinnah. They run all Summer between 10 AM and 6 PM. Guest access You will have the entire home to yourselves. Other things to note If you have pets, please let us know.
