The house was recently renovated, and is fully equipped with necessary amenities and items, for you to enjoy your stay & have fun exploring the nearby attractions with family & friends. Shops and restaurants are only a 5 minute drive away and the home is walking distance to public transportation The space You will be staying in the first floor unit of a triplex home. There are two bedrooms. The main bedroom provides a King size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed as well as a pull out sofa which can sleep two people comfortably. There are wonderful, long term tenants on the second and third floor so you may hear footsteps from the stairs but the entrance to all floors are completely separate for full privacy! The first floor and entire home has been recently fully renovated just two years ago. We hope you enjoy your stay! Guest access You will have access to everything from the kitchen, to living room with Firestick options, to free parking in the back lot. If you have an electric vehicle, feel free to use the charger to charge your car! Other things to note Washer and dryer is free to use! It is not located inside the unit but is located in the basement that can be accessed from the door by the back parking lot.
