Set on nearly two private acres and wrapped in woods and conservation land, this luxurious 5,500 sq ft modern home has room for everyone — five bedrooms, a private sandy beach, a fenced yard for the kids, separate lakefront terraces for quiet contemplation, and a fire pit ringed with Adirondack chairs — yet sits just 10 minutes from the ocean beaches and minutes from historic Sandwich. The space The home spans two light-filled floors: 5 bedrooms, a soaring great room, separate family and dining rooms, a second-floor seperate office that could accomodate rollaway, and an exercise studio. It sleeps 12 comfortably, with 2 optional rollaway beds and a full-size crib/toddler bed for little ones. Outdoors, a wraparound deck with upscale sectional seating for 8-10 , a lounger, and a table for eight; an entry patio by the mimosa tree, steps down to a fire pit with Adirondack chairs overlooking lake, water's-edge terraces, and your own private beach. A locally hand-made wooden rowing boat, 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards are included. A flat, fully fenced backyard is ideal for children and lawn games, including croquet (set provided), outdoor shower. The house is a natural fit for: - Extended & multi-generational families — room for everyone, a safe fenced yard, and gear for the kids and one of the bedroom/office and a full bathroom on the main/1st floor for people with mobility challenges. - Girlfriend getaways & wellness retreats — sunrise on the private beach, an exercise/yoga studio, meditation terrace and quiet other lakeside terraces to unwind, and long dinners on the deck. - Golf groups — minutes from Holly Ridge and Sandwich Hollows right here in Sandwich, with 20+ courses across "the Golf Coast" nearby, plus plenty of room to gather after a round. The house sits on a scenic, quiet road circling Triangle Pond — a clean, spring-fed kettle pond in an upscale wooded neighborhood bordered by conservation land. It’s the kind of place where you hear loons before you hear cars, where deer wander the tree line and kids can actually see stars at night. Most days, you may not want to leave Lake Oasis at all. And you’re never far from a great family day out: a supermarket and pharmacy are five minutes away for extra groceries and forgotten sunscreen; the family-favorite Heritage Museums & Gardens — with its antique carousel and Hidden Hollow nature playground — is just up the road; historic Sandwich adds the Glass Museum, the boardwalk, and easygoing shops; and the beaches on both the bay and ocean sides of the Cape are a short drive. Please note the home cannot accommodate parties or events of any kind, including weddings and engagement receptions or ceremonies. Guest access The guests have private access to a full house of 5,500 s.f. on the first and second floor, a large surrounding deck, backyards, and full lake access in private beach and outdoor shower, plus access to electric vehicle (Tesla) charging and large parking area. The owner and his wife may be occasionally occupying the in-law suite in the basement which is not visible from the main house and has its own private entrance from the lower terrace, under and behind the main house. Other things to note A few things to help you plan: • The lake is spring-fed, pristine, mostly surrounded by conservation land, and perfect for swimming — but there’s no lifeguard, so swimming and watercraft are at your own discretion and children should be supervised near the water. We provide life jackets for everyone using the rowing boat, kayaks or paddleboards. Motorboats are not allowed in this lake. • The terraces down to the lake are steep with multiple staircases, so they aren’t suitable for guests with mobility issues or for young children to play on — but the large, flat, fenced side yard is level, accessible, and perfect for the kids. • The outdoor fire pit is yours to enjoy; the indoor wood fireplace is decorative and not for use. Two gas fireplaces are available for your enjoyment in the living room and the master bedroom. • No smoking inside the house — outdoors is fine but please be careful of fire risk as we are in a wooded area. • No pets are allowed inside or outside the house (patios, backyard).
