Perfect for couples traveling together, or groups- Each bedroom has it's own dedicated bathroom. Plus, park in the garage and securely store all of your gear. Located on the historic Northside, you are only a 1 mile walk/ride away from Griz Stadium, Downtown, hiking trails, and Greenough Park. Or relax and enjoy the city and mountainside views from the floor to ceiling windows and private 3rd floor patio. The space The townhouse directly faces the Northern Pacific Railway which separates the Northside from Downtown. Several trains run through Missoula (a fun thing to observe) but with that comes rumbling and sometimes loud noises when the train cars are joined together. We don't find the railroad noise to be disruptive during the day, but we do want to mention it for anyone who is a sensitive sleeper. We have white noise machines and fans in each bedroom in case you need them. Our new townhouse is bright and light, perfect for friends or a large family. On the ground level, there is dedicated off-street parking for 2 cars, with smart lock keypad entry to the condo. Cool off with central AC, or stream/work with high-speed internet. The main floor has an open concept design with sliding glass door windows that open fully. From here you can take in views of the downtown scene as well as historical elements like the Northern Pacific Railway Depot built in 1883. There is a 65 inch Smart TV with movie/tv apps like Netflix and Amazon Prime for your use. Our chef's kitchen is fully stocked to enjoy meals at home and is immaculately clean. The stove is gas, and there is a also dishwasher. Off the staircase to the 2nd floor is a powder room. On the 3rd floor, there are two queen bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom, and a hallway bath. The south facing bedroom has a workspace with a view, and the Wifi is fast enough for work-from-home. In the hall there is a washer/dryer for your use. All of the bedrooms in the condo have professionally installed black-out shades. The 4th floor boasts a king master suite with walk in closet and a light filled en suite bathroom with walk in shower. Watch all your streaming apps on TV from bed. From here you can access the patio to enjoy your morning coffee or sunset drinks, views, and train yard comings and goings. Please note there is no elevator. The property may not be well suited for guests with mobility issues. Guest access The townhouse has a smart lock/keypad for entry, which will allow you to check-in and come and go without having to worry about keys. We have two dedicated parking spots. One is in the garage and the other is partially covered directly outside the garage. Other things to note The townhouse directly faces the Northern Pacific Railway which separates the Northside from Downtown.
