The space The townhouse faces the Northern Pacific Railway, which separates Northside from Downtown. Trains are fun to watch, but do bring rumbling and occasional loud coupling noises. We don't find it disruptive during the day, but light sleepers should note it — white noise machines and fans are provided in each bedroom. Ground floor: Dedicated off-street parking for 2 cars, smart lock keypad entry, central AC, and high-speed WiFi. Main floor: Open-concept living with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, views of downtown and the historic Northern Pacific Depot (1883), and a 65" Smart TV with Netflix, Prime, and more. Kitchen: Fully stocked chef's kitchen, gas stove, dishwasher — immaculately clean. A powder room is located off the staircase. 3rd floor: Two queen bedrooms (one en suite), hallway bath, blackout shades, washer/dryer, and a south-facing workspace with fast WFH-ready WiFi. 4th floor: King master suite with walk-in closet, spa-style en suite with walk-in shower, Smart TV, and private patio — perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks with train yard views. No elevator — may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. Pet fee: $150/stay Guest access The townhouse has a smart lock/keypad for entry, which will allow you to check-in and come and go without having to worry about keys. We have two dedicated parking spots. One is in the garage and the other is partially covered directly outside the garage. Other things to note The townhouse directly faces the Northern Pacific Railway which separates the Northside from Downtown. Several trains run through Missoula (a fun thing to observe) but with that comes rumbling and sometimes loud noises when the train cars are joined together. Please note there is no elevator.
