Wake up to the sound of the waves! This stunning 1 BR/1 Bath Cottage in the quaint Hurricane Pines Cottage Colony is DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET from Haigis Beach. We have incredible ocean views from the bedroom, kitchen, and front patio, a full kitchen, a Weber grill and an outdoor shower in the backyard, a FULL bath with tub, and one parking space! Get ready for your relaxing vacation on Cape Cod! ***Please note this is a standard Saturday - Saturday WEEK ONLY rental in July and August*** The space My husband and I purchased this adorable cottage in April of 2018 in the Hurricane Pines Cottage Colony in Dennisport, and we are very excited to share it with you! I spent my summers vacationing on Cape Cod and can't think of a more perfect location to have our summer home. The queen sized bed in the master bedroom looks out over the ocean. Have your morning coffee on the front patio gazing out over Nantucket Sound, and then WALK to the beach! Afterwards enjoy the outdoor shower or indoor shower with full tub. Great kitchen with wonderful natural light includes everything you need to cook up dinner, or get grilling in the back yard with our Weber Grill! Enjoy dinner on the picnic table in the backyard and then have ice cream on the front patio while watching the sunset over the Atlantic. The spiral staircase that descends to the open floor plan on the lower level gives you so much MORE space than a typical cottage! The downstairs has a queen pull out couch and a lofted twin mattress for your little stowaways, and the locked gate at the top of the spiral staircase is there to keep them safe. The cottage has high speed Wifi and a Smart TV downstairs with Netflix, Hulu, and Disney +, or cast from your phone. A/C upstairs. Guest access You will have access to the entire cottage, the front patio with outdoor seating, the backyard with a picnic table and Weber grill, two Adirondack chairs, and an outdoor shower! There is also one dedicated parking spot for the cottage. Other things to note We have keyless entry and a code will be provided to you before your stay. We have ONE dedicated parking spot for the cottage. There is a MAXIMUM of three guests allowed per the town's Rental Permit - this includes infants. Any violators will be asked to leave the premises. There is NO SMOKING and NO PETS. Quiet hours for the Cottage Colony are from 11pm to 7am. We are a close knit community and ask that all renters respect our property and our neighbors' privacy.
