Second line parades pop up regularly too! Uptown, Broadmoor, the Garden District, Central City, and the Warehouse District are accessible by rental bike or a 5 minute drive. A 10 minute Uber ride can get you to the French Quarter, Tulane/Loyola, and Carrollton neighborhood. Mid-City, the Marigny, Lakefront, and Bywater are just a bit further.
