Once a gatehouse for a wealthy Dedham estate, this 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom house has been lovingly restored. Completely renovated, the home sits in a woodsy area in Dedham’s precinct one neighborhood. Halfway between Dedham Square and Needham Center, the home is conveniently near Rt. 95/128. It is a 25 minute ride to Boston and convenient to public transportation (Needham Hersey station, as well as Dedham Endicott Station). It is very close to Newbridge on the Charles Retirement Community, and Noble and Greenough School. It is also close to Northeastern Dedham Campus, Dedham Court House, Olin College, Babson College, and Wellesley College. The home is surrounded by walking trails; Wilson Mountain Reservation, a protected woodland park as well as the Whitcomb Woods. We the hosts live in attached barn behind the home, and are often times available if needed. There is reserved visitor parking to the right of the garage.
