Spacious 3-bed, 2-bath home with central AC/heat, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. The home has been updated. Large backyard with gas grill & plenty of outdoor seating to accommodate the whole family. Private, family neighborhood close to everything you need. Deck was replaced with a New Patio was installed recently grass is being added around it this spring. This space includes chairs and a grill, photo is of fresh construction. The space Our home has been lovingly redesigned with family comforts in mind. There is plenty of space for everyone both indoors and outdoors. The cozy living room with brand new couches and the hand-painted dining table offer space for reading, puzzles, game or movie nights. The open kitchen with full sized refrigerator and freezer make cooking for a group a breeze- we even have a lobster pot and crackers for your official Cape Cod lobster boil! The bedrooms were designed with a beachy feel, including the nautical "kids room" with four twin beds and ships wheel light. The queen beds have brand new foam mattress toppers to ensure a great night's sleep after a day at the beach or on the Rail Trail. We provide enough toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags for a couple nights, guests staying over 2 nights are expected to resupply themselves with these items. The Back deck has been removed and replaced by a patio. Pictures to come. The children's bedroom no longer has a trundle bed and sleeps only 3. Guest access Guests have access to the entire first floor with the exception of the cleaners utility closet. Other things to note If the grill is used, please clean and cover it to avoid extra charges!
