Guest Access Guests have full access to the entire property, including the private pool, lanai, game room, and Hilton pool passes. Detailed check-in instructions will be provided for a seamless arrival. Important Notes • Pool Safety: As per Hawaii State Law, a pool safety fence is available for guests with young children. • Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the house. There is a designated smoking area at the end of the driveway. Booking Terms Hawaii State TA and GE Taxes are not included in the nightly rate. Instructions on how to access the property will be located in our house manual. 3rd Party Access to Property: For the safety of our guests and home, outside vendors WITHOUT prior permission from Hawaii Luxe Travel, are not permitted on property at any time. Private information such as house codes and addresses should not be given out for any reason. In the event you wish to book Chefs, Fitness Instructors, Grocery Shopping Delivery Services etc., outside of Hawaii Luxe Travel Concierge Services, you must let us know in advance. Other things to note • We honor Hawaii’s quiet hours and prioritize a peaceful environment for all guests. If you’re seeking a party-focused experience, we’re happy to refer you to alternative accommodations better suited to your needs. • Families with Children: Although we welcome families with children of all ages, please note that our home is not child-proofed and children must be supervised at all times. For safety, and in accordance with Hawaii State Law, a pool safety fence is required when young children are present. The pool fence remains up year round. • Outside Vendors: Any third-party service providers—such as private chefs, massage therapists, or activity vendors—outside of our trusted recommendations —must be approved in advance by management and are required to carry active liability insurance. Failure to abide by this policy may result in removal of the vendor, cancellation of services, and/or additional fees charged to the guest. Unauthorized vendors will not be permitted on-site. • Only registered guests are permitted to use the pool and spa. We do not allow private parties or weddings on the property. • Check-In & Check-Out: Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability. We’ll notify you the day of your arrival as soon as the home is ready. Late checkouts (pending availability) are subject to a half-day rate. • A 7-night minimum stay is required during the holiday season. Check-ins and check-outs are not allowed on Christmas Day or New Year’s Day. • Luggage Drop-Off: Due to safety and liability purposes, we do not allow luggage drop-off prior to check-in. • Security Camera Disclosure: There is one Ring camera with a floodlight located in the front driveway area for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private guest areas. • Violation of Hawaii’s noise ordinances or quiet hours may result in the immediate cancellation of the remainder of your reservation without refund.
