Please note that the unit does not include a stove, oven, freezer, or dishwasher. Guests enter the home via the alley. Outside, enjoy a charming private yard exclusive to this unit, complete with a small table and chairs — a perfect spot to relax and unwind. These insects are harmless, do not bite, and do not cause damage. They are simply seeking warmth. While they do not infest indoors, an occasional bug may enter and can easily be swept out. • Pest Control: The property is professionally treated four times per year to manage seasonal pests. Guest access Guests have full access to unit #3. The shared laundry room is located on the exterior of the home. Other things to note ✔ Identification: Plum Property Management requires a color copy of a valid, government-issued ID after booking. ✔ Licensing: This vacation rental is fully licensed with the City and Health Department.
