A walk down the entry corridor provides access to a full bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a laundry alcove. At the end of the entry hall, the space opens to reveal an open concept kitchen, dining area, and living room. A queen-sized luxury American Leather pullout sofa (high-quality with no metal bars and a top-of-the-line mattress) rests beside the contemporary gas fireplace. The kitchen sits opposite the living area and features a breakfast bar with seating for 6, stainless steel appliances, a convection stove top a large farm-style sink, and white countertops that elegantly contrast the wood tones of the surrounding cabinetry and flooring.
