Welcome to Aston Maui Hill Resort in the heart of Kihei right next to Wailea. We offer you the entire place with kitchen ,two bathrooms, one bedroom ,a living room with a queen bed. You’ll have the entire place, Its a real garden style resort close to beaches and restaurants. We always value our guests recommendations to improved and if there’s anything you we could do we are here to help. The space The Maui Hill Resort is very garden like with amazing amenities. Inside the condo we have two TVs both with Hulu , Netflix and YouTube One bedroom with king bed and a second Queen bed in living room.A/C by both beds .There are two separate full baths , there’s kitchen ,dining room and living room to use .We provide snorkeling gear , boogie boards ,umbrella for free. We try our best we can to provide sundries and bath products and good coffee. Washer /dryer with laundry soap in the unit. You can also use the huge swimming pool and the Jacuzzi. BBQ grill outside by the parking lot,tennis area you can play. You will love this unit it is airy , spacious , neat and clean. What we have in the unit: Bathroom: - shampoo - body wash - toilet paper -bath towels and beach towels -make up face towels ( we provide make up towels to avoid make up stains on our bath towels and please bring your own towels if you are planning to dye your hair) Kitchen: -Paper towel -kitchen cloth towels -liquid dish soap & kitchen sponge -pots and pans -cookware for cooking and baking stuff -free grounds and whole beans coffee during your stay Bedroom: King bed -100% cotton sheets and Tommy Bahamas Quilts. Same thing with the queen bed in the living room - Bedroom has A.C with remote and the A.C in the living room doesn’t have remote In the unit : We have streaming service such as Netflix , YouTube Laundry: Washer and dryer in the unit with free laundry detergent Deck storage: - snorkeling gear free of use -beach umbrella -beach chairs Any special request is subject to availability and not guaranteed. Please let us know ahead of time . Other things to note After 10pm please avoid loud noise because there's also other guests staying next door and in the other units. Keep in mind and kindly : DO NOT apply spray sunscreen inside the unit and please Do not sit on furniture or lay on linens after applying creams/oils/tan oils and lotions. These products ruin our furniture and linens. We will charge for stubborn stains for towels and sheets. The unit is not a beachfront however there’s three beaches nearby and it’s walkable for about 5-6mins and 2mins drive. Nearby beach: Keawakapu Beach by Mana Kai Resort Kamaole 3 We will charge early check in and late check out due to our housekeeping tight schedule and the laundry business hours. NOTE: Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am Early check in - $25 per hour Later check out - $35 per hour Any late check out after 7pm it will be charge as a regular nightly price Late check out and early check in are subject for approval and not guaranteed. Please plan ahead and let us know ahead of time. Any damages such as appliances and furnitures of any kind small or big it will be charge to guests. Important: We required that all guests notify us within 24hrs of any issues so we can address them promptly. We just replaced Fridge , washer&dryer and dishwasher all new so appliances. The resort management and individual unit owners are not allowing any luggages storage due to liabilities. Please don’t ask us about leaving your stuff in the lobby or unit. Guests who leave important stuff in the unit after check out have to pay for the shipping fee if they want it back. Lost&Found will be kept for 2 weeks. FYI: Housekeeping will be taking videos and photos before and after cleans. Any complaints about the cleaning please send us a photo. Pest control/maintenance: Resort management has schedule for pest control every month inside and outside the complex/units Important: As per resort management policy , only 4 people allowed in one bedroom unit.
