12 Treetop Abels Hill

Wonderful family house at top of Abels Hill with private beach access, in between Alley's and the Chilmark Store. Our well appointed 5 bedroom house is great for groups with well equipped kitchen, 80' deck, large yard with fire pit, family room with large flat screen, 2 outdoor showers and 3 newly resurfaced tennis courts in the association. Our house abuts the Land Bank walking trails and is a 5 minute drive from the Abel's Hill beach with private parking. Other things to note There is a pond to wade across to private beach. Depth of pond varies from thigh to ankle deep depending on weather and tidal conditions. From June to Sept there is a pond ferry which can be used to pull people and gear across but must be returned to parking lot side for other guests.
