My place is on a working farm in the country, with great views of the midwest farm land. You'll love my place because of the wide open outdoor space, easy parking, and quiet central location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and well behaved and house trained furry friends (pets). I live a busy lifestyle and may or may not be around, it depends on the day and time of year! The space My place is in the country, near a creek, with great views of the midwest farm land. We are 6mi from Monticello, 9mi from Anamosa, 43 mi from the Cedar Rapids airport, 36mi from the Dubuque airport and just 6 mi from Central Park which offers camping, fishing and hiking. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and well behaved and house trained furry friends (pets), which must be approved and pay an additional fee. The house is on a working farm, so you will see farm machinery and the way true Midwest farmers live and work. With that being said, families with children (furry or human) will be considered as long as they are under a watchful eye at all times due to the inherant risk that is present being that it is a working farm. There may be tractors, semis and other machinery in and out of the driveway and anytime. There are also farm chemicals on the property. I live a busy lifestyle and may or may not be around most of the time. It just depends on the day and time of year! We do also have a camper electrical hookup, 30 or 50 amp, 220V for an additional fee. Guest access Door with keypad. Other things to note The house is located off the highway with a long gravel driveway. Cell phone reception can be spotty, please be aware of this when booking. Also, please let me know if you are planning to bring a pet, as they must be approved before booking and pay a pet fee.
