Walking distance to beaches, restaurants, bars, and other area amenities. Fast WiFi for streaming video or work from home! The space Two bedroom, one bathroom cottage condo at the Stone's Throw property. Just steps to popular Sea Street Beach on Nantucket Sound. Private outdoor patio with grill, parking for up to 3 cars. Walk to everything (restaurants, bars, etc.) Smart TV's (no cable, but you are able to sign into your own streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, etc), wifi, bed linens, coffee maker, and bath towels provided! You are also welcome to use the shared shed to store your fishing rod, bikes, etc. Coming to Dennis Port for a wedding? We offer weekend availability in May, June, September and October! We are 100 yards from the Pelham House resort, and easy walking distance to the Three Seasons, Corsair, Cross Rip, Ebb Tide, Soundings, and other popular local wedding venues! Dennis Port is a fantastic location to relax on the beach, or use as a central jumping off point to explore Cape Cod and the Islands! We are 20 minutes from Hyannis, 40 minutes from Provincetown and the National Seashore, and 10 minutes from Harwich Port, where you can catch the ferry to Nantucket! **Please note that this is a seasonal cottage and does not have a central heating system. Each bedroom and the main living area have wall mounted convection heating which are safe, cool to the touch, and take the chill out of the air when we have cool evenings in Spring & Fall.** Guest access Please note that this unit is attached to another cottage, but is completely separate and private. including dedicated and private entrances and outdoor spaces. You'll have three parking spaces, a patio with grill, and the entire cottage condo consisting of two bedrooms, one bathroom, and the living/dining/kitchenette. It's all yours! Other things to note Please note that this is a seasonal cottage and not heated for year round use. We have wall-mounted electric convection heaters in the living area, and in each bedroom, that help take the chill out of the air on cools evenings in the Spring and Fall. Please note that this unit is attached to a 1 bedroom unit, but is completely separate and private. including dedicated and private entrances and outdoor spaces. You'll have three parking spaces, a patio with grill, and the entire cottage condo consisting of two bedrooms, one bathroom, and the living/dining/kitchenette. It's all yours! Please note that beginning in Spring 2021, we no longer have Cable TV, but do provide 2 SMART TV's (one in the living room, and one in the Master Bedroom, which you can use to sign into your streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc).
