Description

Apartment is centrally located on Cape Cod in Centerville and complies with all local, state and federal laws. Living room has 50" HDTV w/cable, couch & full kitchen. Bedroom has a queen bed with quality linens & towels & 27" TV w/cable. Also includes town beach pass for free parking, beach chairs, & towels, umbrella, cooler, propane grill on patio and washer & dryer too. Privacy fence and an abundance of beautiful plants! The space Guest have all commented on how clean the unit is and we take great pride in that. Comforters, linens and towels are all swapped out after each guest and we clean remotes (all true before COVID-19). Convenient access to Route 28 gets you to beaches, ferries, shopping, biking, etc. with ease. We also have a back driveway that guests appreciate as well. The gardens at the entrance and side yard are in full-bloom from June - October and this is going to be a banner year for hydrangeas! Guest access Apartment is part of a Cape Style home with entirely separate quarters. Front door of home is the guest entrance and there is a sliding door In the living room, that opens up to a patio with a gas grill. Other things to note Please note: Massachusetts passed an Occupancy tax law effective July 1, 2019, so the State tax (5.7%), Local Tax (6%) and Water Conservation Tax (2.75%) are applied when booking. Home is located on Route 28 in Centerville and centrally located on Cape Cod. Within one mile of Craigville Beach, Penny Candy Store and Four Seas Ice Cream. Falmouth, which has ferry service to Martha's Vineyard, is about 45 minutes away depending on traffic. Hyannis is only 10 minutes away and has ferry service to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. Provincetown is also easy to explore and is only an hour or so away. The Hyannis Whale Watch, which actually leaves from Barnstable Harbor, is only 10 minutes aways and offers the opportunity for guests to see many different types of whales that also come to visit Cape Cod Bay.
