One of the king beds can be made into two twins upon request. My place is close to the beach with free parking, restaurants, bike trail, fresh water ponds, and a neighborhood park with tennis and basketball courts. After a beach day or jog I enjoy using the privately designed outdoor shower. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the comfy beds, the light that streams deep into the house, the chef's kitchen with all the utensils, pots, pans, and plates for large gatherings, the decks, the 4 seasons landscaping and, of course, the outside shower. We have 2 HVAC systems. Healthy and friendly dogs allowed for a small fee. We also have wifi and TV's in every bedroom. The fireplace room is a great place for quiet reading or binge watching your favorite shows. Oh yeah, there's a ping pong table in the basement.
