The number of people allowed to stay is 3 unless you are a family with younger children and then 4 people with be fine. This charming guest cottage invites you with open arms, offering a cozy retreat adorned with thoughtful amenities. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, while the living room offers a pull-out couch. There are plenty of extra sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. Though small in size, the cottage emanates a sense of spaciousness, due to its lofty ceilings, generous windows, and abundant natural light. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a mini stove, mini dishwasher, and an apartment-sized refrigerator, defies its diminutive nature. A secluded sanctuary awaits just beyond the cottage's doors—the exclusive patio reserved for guests' pleasure. Settle into the welcoming embrace of a couch, coffee table and chairs, where conversations and quiet moments find solace. As evening descends, light a fare, creating a cozy ambiance that dances amidst the starlit sky. Mini fire logs and a lighter are provided, ensuring effortless enchantment. There is a bus stop 1/2 a block from the cottage that will take you to the Quincy Center Red Line. Use the MBTA trip planner to map your route anywhere in the area. You can park for $5/day at the North Quincy station. Please note that there is currently construction at the North Quincy parking lot so there is very limited parking. You will also only be able to pay from an app so will need to have usable data on your phone. MBTA Red Line, North Quincy station cost is $2.75 per ride per person. Logan International Airport is 7 miles away. Cost $30-$40 by Uber or taxi. Parking provided for one car only. If you are bringing a car, it is important to park on the right of the driveway and close the the garage. Please park with the passenger side tires off the driveway so that we can get out around you on the left. The garage is marked #46.
