Dormer House - Shannon Room

The Dormer House was built in 1899 is close to the beaches, shopping and restaurants on the Washington Street Mall, spas, bike rentals, wineries and more! Rates include on-site parking, breakfast, afternoon treats and daily housekeeping. We also provide beach chairs and beach towels for our guests. The Dormer House is good for couples and solo adventurers. Sorry, no pets or children under 10 years old. The space The Shannon Room sleeps 2 guests in a queen bed. The room has an ensuite bath, TV and mini fridge. Guest access Guests will have access to the common areas of the house including the parlor, enclosed sun porch and open front porch. During your stay Our innkeeper is on duty from 7am to 5pm daily. A staff member is available by phone outside of these hours if you need assistance. Other things to note The Diana Room is accessed via a separate entrance in the rear of the building and requires climbing a steep, narrow staircase.
