Apartment, 20 minutes to NYC with Parking for a $15 dollar fee per night per car. Amenities such as Cable, Internet, AC, Elevator and full Kitchen. Washer and Dryer machines available at Building Complex. Other things to note Washers and Dryers are located in a common area at the complex, there are not inside the apartment. We can provide keys for the washing room which is located next to the 1715 Building. Take ramp down to the basement. Also note please you need to use quarters. Laundry room is open daily from 8am to 9pm. In the event you would like to request parking, you must let us know at least 24 hours in advance. In winter time, we provide heat at the property, as you know in NY and NJ heats are old systems, means the heat comes from the building, even thought you can control the amount of heat, you cant control if the heat its on or off. As a recommendation if you feel its too warm you can open the windows a little bit to produce circulation or turn on the AC.
