Quiet and peaceful condo within Ocean Edge. Enjoy a quiet and relaxing vacation in this ground level 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, featuring air conditioning in main living room. Guest passes are available for purchase through Ocean Edge to gain access to OE pools and events. The 935 square foot condo contains and open living/dining room with a full size sofa bed, love seat, flat-screen TV with cable and WiFi (Comcast). Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. This condo is located in Eaton Village and is about ½ mile from the Arbor pool (outdoor pool with bar/snack shack) and less than ½ mile to the Fletcher Pool (indoor and outdoor pool, kiddie pool, snack shack). The 935 square foot condo contains and open living/dining room with a full size sofa bed, love seat, flat-screen TV with cable and WiFi (Comcast) . There is a full bathroom located off of the living room. The kitchen contains a stacking washer/dryer and comes with all necessary appliances and utensils - microwave, Keurig coffee-maker (bring your own K-cups), toaster and dishwasher. Off the living room through a large sliding glass door is a private patio with table, chairs and a two burner gas grill. The master bedroom (with second full bathroom) has a large closet, flat-screen TV with cable, Blue-ray/streaming DVD player, queen-sized bed, two night-stands and a dresser. The second bedroom has two twin-sized beds, one dresser, one nightstand, TV with streaming DVD player (no cable) and a large closet. Bath towels (four bath towels, four hand towels, four wash cloths) and bed linens are provided. If guest passes are purchased through OE, pool towels are provided by the resort for use at poolside. Please bring your own beach towels if you plan to visit any local beaches during your stay. NO SMOKING ALLOWED. Pets are also not allowed. As Sports and Fitness Club Membership owners, we are able to offer our guests the option to obtain passes to the Arbor and Fletcher Pools, Fletcher Cardio Center, Mansion Fitness Center and all scheduled activities as listed in the Ocean Edge Activities Guide, along with use of the Ocean Edge shuttle service. The condo is located in Eaton Village and is less than ½ mile from the Fletcher Pool and Tennis Center which contains both an indoor and outdoor pool along with a separate kiddie pool for small children. The Arbor pool, which is an outdoor pool with a bar and snack shack, is also about ½ mile away. Pool passes are purchased directly through Ocean Edge at $20 daily or $70 per week for adults and $10 daily or $30 per week for children (2016 rates- may be changed). The passes DO NOT include access to the private beach or the Resort's golf course. However, there are several local public beaches and public golf courses within a short drive away. Tennis courts are also available at Ocean Edge, but there is a fee for court rental. During the summer, activities for families are offered several times weekly. Day activities (some may require fees) are offered for kids five days a week. The resort also has restaurants, all located on the route of the shuttle service. The Captain’s Golf Course is a public course located a short drive away. Weekly bookings only during Summer season (Saturday to Saturday).
