These two bedrooms share a full bathroom. The first level has a full bath and bedroom with queen-sized bed, perfect for those who cannot climb steps. There is a 2-car (Compact) garage for parking .  The home is newly painted, furnished, and upgraded with plantation shutters, upgraded appliances and more.  The Air Conditioning system was replaced with a new Low-Energy system in 2017 and the home is fully equipped with solar panels.
