The necessary repairs require the demolition and replacement of the existing rail system. Guests can expect elevated noise levels in the area during work hours as the project involves jackhammering of concrete and metal cutting. Buildings 21 and 20 will be most affected. During the stairway closure, Bay Villas guests can access Oneloa beach via the beach trail, which starts on the ocean side of Building 36. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. One set of towels is provided for each registered guest, ensuring a relaxing and convenient stay from the moment you arrive. Cancellation Policy: **For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights): - Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges. - Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment. - No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date. **For Longer Stays (30+ nights): - Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges. - No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.
