The finished basement (5th bedroom) has sleeping accommodations for two (2 single sized mattresses on floor), another 3/4 bath, and a ping pong table. Off the family room is a small deck with seating and gas grill. A few houses away is one of Iowa City’s best parks with a paved walking trail. Grocery store and coffee shop within walking distance. Plenty of driveway and street parking. Dining room table can be extended to seat 10 upon request. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, excluding the garage. Other things to note TV is available for casting from a phone or laptop. We do not have cable but you are welcome to sign into your personal platforms.
