Clear Lake Home Away From Home

Our house is on North Shore Drive right in front of the 5th green of the All Vets golf course and has a partial lake view. One can park two cars in garage along with two additional car spots on our driveway and or your trailer. Our house is in driving distance to all of Clear Lake's restaurants, downtown, the public park/beach and the Surf Ballroom. A public dock is two blocks up on North Shore Drive along with two public landings off of North Shore Drive. Gas grill available. The space Large space with two living rooms upstairs and an additional in basement including a bar. 3 legal bedrooms. Basement includes an additional queen bed in a 4th bedroom and a day bed that pulls out making two single beds by football table. Guest access Complete home access able including washer and dryer in unfinished laundry. Other things to note There is an association dock and this isn’t for rental guests. One can park boat in driveway and use in and out service at State Park one mile up on North Shore Drive. Please do not park in front of house as your car could get hit by a golf ball from All Vets golf course, 5th drive.
