Tenants pay a total of 11.7% tax (collected by Air BNB) The space Built in 1870, our home is a well orchestrated mix of old and new: you'll notice the classic hardwood floors on the first floor juxtaposed with contemporary furniture and updated accessories throughout the home. First floor: Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room and Master bedroom. The Master bedroom is equipped with a king bed and has a renovated en-suite bathroom with shower and tub. The living room and master both have 40" smart TV's with Xfinity high speed internet, cable and phone. More creature comforts include wireless Bluetooth speakers, air conditioning (central on 1st floor and split AC units upstairs). Second floor: two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms with showers. The first bedroom is equipped with a king bed while the other bedroom is equipped with two twin sized beds. Both rooms have a split unit air conditioning system that is operated by remote control for individual comfort. Outdoor: cozy deck and patio with Weber gas grill for your BBQ needs. Loungers and a small dining table fulfills all the needs of a perfect alfresco summer night. In addition, there's an outdoor shower with a foot wash (shower is not enclosed) to wash off the sand from a relaxing day at the beach. Guest access Can access the whole home except for owner's closets and basement. Other things to note high season, only weekly rentals with check in and out on Saturdays (4 day minimum on other dates). There is no daily maid service.
