The space Our tranquil family getaway is located on sunset lake in Ashburnham, MA the kitchen and deck have an amazing view of the lake and tree line. The space is an open concept that flows from living room, to dining to kitchen with a slider out to a nice size deck and propane grill. The outside area has enough space for yard games and then steps down to a beach area with a fire pit. There are a few watercraft available for use including a few kayaks, a paddle boat, and canoe. People love fishing off the dock. The property has two bedrooms upstairs and a master suite with balcony. There is one bedroom in the basement with a full bathroom, refrigerator, and walkout slider to the backyard. The other side of the basement has table games available for extra family entertainment. This area is really quiet so we ask guests to respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Guest access There are two playgrounds in the area that are part of the lake Other things to note Tweedos convenience store is the closest spot for small items and they have pizza, chicken fingers, etc Ice cream seasonally Winchendon and Ashburnham town centers are a few miles away for other needs, restaurants, and shopping.
