Camp has an open floor plan with well equipped kitchen, one bedroom (king bed) with two additional queen size beds and full bath with washer and dryer. Tankless hot water, wood-burning fireplace, central air/heat, covered parking, picnic table, fire pit. The space Open living area with two additional beds (QUEEN size) for extra guests also opens to kitchen and dining table and fireplace. Bedroom has KING size bed. Full bathroom has tub/shower and washer and dryer. Guest access Bicycle, jog, golf-cart, 4-wheeler friendly. Access to lake through main lake boat launch (gated and key access included) as well as small boat launch on lot. Bring your fishing rods and some spinner bait, chatterbait, finesse and topwater baits and catch some bass from right behind the camp. Other things to note NO PETS ALLOWED. See house rules regarding service animals: "Pets claimed as “service animals” must be kenneled at all times when inside and on a leash at all times when outside. Do not allow pets inside unless in a kennel. Service Pets are never allowed alone (unsupervised) at the premises. THUS NO ANIMAL IS ALLOWED UNATTENDED (WITHOUT THE ANIMALS OWNER PRESENT) INSIDE and NO ANIMAL IS ALLOWED LOOSE INSIDE — IT MUST BE IN A KENNEL WHEN INSIDE AT ALL TIMES.
