Unit features high ceilings, hardwood floors throughout, renovated kitchen with granite countertops and ample white cabinetry. Bedroom features  pillow top queen sized bed. Oversized living room furnishes a sleeper sofa, desk, dining table and large flatscreen Tv. Coin-op laundry located on the lower level. It is not a rental tenancy or lease. All guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere and agree to abide by house rules, maximum occupancy, and payment terms. Other things to note After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $250 per pet, pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night. There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee.
