The space The house, situated on the north end of Brigantine and overlooking a bird sanctuary, offers amazing sunsets, and stunning ocean & AC skyline views. Located at the jetty & Cove beaches (cars allowed here with permit). Minutes away from the excitement of AC boardwalk, restaurants and casinos. You need a 4 wheel drive vehicle to access the car beach. Look for more information on Brigantinebeach dot org with /beach-tags/ Handicap accessible beach entrances: ADA-compliant beach mats 10th Street North, Roosevelt Blvd, 16th Street South, 26th Street South, and 34th Street South. The mats, also known as Mobi-Mats, are blue woven mats that end in a T-shape about a third of the way to the lifeguard stands. One mat at 16th Street South is 350 feet long and reaches the hard sand by the surf. Five bedrooms (3 king, one room with two queen beds and one room with one queen bed), 4.5 bathrooms, 3 levels, multiple expansive decks and a very spacious open floor plan. The 1st level has three bedrooms, all of which provide access to the deck and pool area. The 2nd level features a bright living/kitchen/dining area, and the 3rd level features a large suite with wet bar and ensuite bathroom as well as a junior suite, with ensuite bathroom. Features elevator from garage, laundry, fenced yard, outdoor shower, with ping pong table in garage. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note All TVs are smart TVs. Streaming services are available on all - YouTube TV is available and allows for local channel viewing (three TVs use Firestick). You can watch your own streaming services (i.e. Netflix, Amazon Prime, hulu), and if you don't have an account, often you can get a 7-day free trial. IMPORTANT: For shorter stays - less than a week – while clean linens and towels are provided, we ask that our guests strip beds and leave bed linens in the laundry room. ALL towels used (beach, bath and hand), must be washed and put back before guest leaves or we need to charge an additional 95 dollars for the service. (We are charged by our cleaning service to wash towels.) If possible, we may be able to extend your stay on Sunday to make the washing easier (we do have two washing machines and dryers as well).
