Charming farmhouse with a pool and fenced yard!

Our charming 1800's built home has a wonderful warm, cozy and country feel to it. This is normally our primary residence so there is lots of toys for kids, the pool to swim in during the summer, a brand new playground outside and lots of cooking facilities in the kitchen! Close to hiking trails, apple picking orchards, lakes for kayaking, restaurants, farm stalls along side Ashland state park, Hopkinton state park and Upton forest which are great for walking, biking and all dog friendly! The space Our home is located on almost an acre with a fenced yard around the perimeter, a spacious pool and deck chairs and an outside table and chairs on a patio to enjoy the summer sun! The back gate leads to the famous rail trail where you can explore the beautiful scenery of what used to be a railway line. Our location is close to many lovely restaurants, ten minute drive to historic Holliston and 5 min drive to the HWY 495 which can take you south to Cape Code in roughly an hour and Cambridge / Boston in around 45 min. Please note our hot tub is out of order but the pool is clean and perfect for swimming! Guest access Plenty of parking in the driveway Other things to note Apologies but our hot tub is not working at this time. However the pool is perfectly clean and ready for a swim!
