Neutral grays and whites throughout with splashes of bright purple, blue, teal, and gold as well as comfy beds, pillows, privacy of blinds and curtains, and smart TVs in each bedroom and living room for guest's convenience. Other things to note **IMPORTANT - MUST READ** By booking Jolie Maison, you are agreeing to the following non-negotiable house rules. *ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OF ANY KIND ARE PERMITTED AT THIS PROPERTY. Small gatherings of 10 people or less are welcome AND MUST be approved by the Host. *Quiet Hours are from 10:00pm-7:00am. *Toiletries provided are only minimal due to guest abuse. Provided you will find 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom plus 1 spare roll (3+ night stays will get 2 rolls per bathroom plus the spare) and 1 roll of paper towels. More can be made available upon request. *All pets must be included at the time of reservation and pet fee must be paid. We love our furry guests and go to great lengths to provide a pet friendly and safe environment for them. *DO NOT disturb the neighbors. Loud parties, rowdy behavior, drug use or possession, or criminal activity of any sort WILL NOT be tolerated. *You break it, you buy it. Any item in the home that is found damaged will be charged back to the guest at full retail price to replace with the same or similar item. *DO NOT block neighbors driveways, the home’s driveway, or sidewalks with your vehicles. All cars must be parked in the driveway. Do not park on the grass or the median. ANY violation of these house rules is grounds for the reservation to be immediately cancelled and the guest will be told to leave without any refunds and may also result in additional charges being billed to the guest. We strive to provide a safe, fun, and enjoyable stay to all our guests and in order to do so it is absolutely paramount that every guest follow these rules.
