The space This 1913 historic cabin situated on 16 acres of fully fenced pastures bordering Camas Creek on two sides has been recently remodeled into a comfortable and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with all the modern amenities including: A fully stocked spacious kitchen with island and counter stools, 6 burner gas stove, large side by side refrigerator, all essential appliances including coffee maker, concrete counter tops, pendant lighting, original refinished hardwood floors, original log cabin walls and views of the surrounding mountains from every window. A dining area with woodburning stove furnished with a handmade reclaimed redwood table and 8 leather backed chairs atop a southwestern rug. A living room with original log cabin windows furnished with a leather sofa and two leather chairs, a coffee table, southwestern rug and throw pillows, authentic bison fur and sheepskin throws, and a widescreen 52 inch TV with roku streaming. 3 carpeted bedrooms off a newly added wing furnished with solid wood rustic barnwood furniture handmade by a local artisan, all with new tuft and needle mattresses, goose down comforters and luxury linens. The first bedroom has 2 twin beds, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the spacious master bedroom with large picture window, master bath and separate outdoor entrance has a king bed. Both the hallway bathroom and the master bathroom are completely brand new with modern new fixtures and finishings. There is a separate laundry room with concrete floor and brand new washer and dryer and also a large open space off the hallway that eventually will be furnished as an office. The cabin features wrap around covered porch and a separate covered deck off the master bedroom. There is a wood burning fire pit, a deck with seating on the banks of Camas Creek, fully fenced pastures, a barn, a potting shed and a spacious parking area. Guest access Guests will have access to the gravel parking area and approximately one acre fenced lawn area with fire pit as well as the creek and creek side deck and Adirondack chairs year round. Guests will not have access to the surrounding 15 acre fenced pasture with barn and potting shed during June - October when cows and/or horses will be grazing. Farm gates will need to be kept closed to keep cows and horses in. Other things to note Horses, dogs and events are considered by host on a case by case basis.
