You can't beat the location here. You have all the amenities of a modern apartment. The bathroom and common spaces are shared.** You may have it to yourself, but the owner does live in this unit. There is also another bedroom used on Airbnb. Enjoy yourself and chill in this quiet and relaxing neighborhood. The space **This is a shared space. I have no control over the other renters. Generally, common areas are clean. Your cleaning fee does not include cleaning of the common areas. So it is your responsibility to clean up after yourself in the kitchen, bathroom, and living areas. Guest access You can use all the common areas so long as you do not complain to Airbnb about their cleanliness. Do not expect perfection, but the maid does clean everything before each guest.
