Large 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo, one of the only large family condos at Napili Beach. The unit is perfect for 6 people, but can easily accommodate 8 with the sofa sleeper. Balconies or patios allow plenty of space to spread out, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and covered patio. There is a community pool and hot tub, as well as 2 BBQs. While others are driving around trying to find a place to park to enjoy the highly coveted Napili Bay you can walk from your house to the beach in 1 minute! The space One Napili Way is a small shared ownership complex of 14 units. Most of the people you will meet here are owners that have been coming for many years - a lot of them know each other from prior trips. It has a safe, friendly, family-oriented feel where you will get to know your neighbors quickly and begin sharing stories as you enjoy the pool and hot tub or grill some dinner on the BBQs. The units all have cable and free wifi and there is a shed with shared use chairs, umbrellas, toys, and even some coolers for the beach. This place is a great home base if you are looking to explore every day, or you have one of the best beaches a minute away if you want to just stay put and relax. If you are looking for a loud, wild, party atmosphere this IS NOT the place for you! But, if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place where your kids are safe and have room to enjoy themselves then this home is perfect. Please note that rentals are available for full weeks only from Saturday to Saturday. Guests are welcome to book for multiple consecutive weeks if available. Other things to note A note on covid. - I assume anyone booking a reservation to Maui understands that their plans may be terminated at any time by the local or state government. If you decide to "take the leap" and book, I thank you in advance - Kama'aina (locals) are some of the hardest hit by travel restrictions around the US. Their livelihood is highly dependent on us visiting (no matter how much we annoy them) and spending our money there. If your trip happens, please spend - tip, book excursions, eat out, shop. I guarantee it will come with nothing but appreciation from Mauians. If your trip is cancelled due to covid restrictions I will follow the lead of AirBnB. Thus far they have been very good with their policies. Our goal is to make some money from happy vacationers in our condo when we're not there, not from cancellations that nobody has any control over.
