Executive Condo

This new and very stylish condo is perfect for an extended stay! Canyon Ferry Reservoir to the east and a beautiful Fox Ridge Golf course a short drive away. Many amenities to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. Helena is a short 6 mile drive, making St. Peter's Hospital, the state capital complex and Fort Harrison very easy to access. Easily accessible and no stairs inside or out. The space The condo is open concept in design. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and walk in closet. There is a beautiful walk in shower in the master bath, but no tub. The second bath has a tub/ shower unit. Both have nice sized vanities. The island has 5 bar stools and is easy access to the dining room. The dining table seats 6. The living room has nice leather furniture with end and side tables. A 60" smart TV is provided as well as fiber optic internet. The internet speed is 100 up and 100 down. There is an ethernet port on the router if needed. There is an office with a desk and printer. There is no smoking allowed in the condo or garage. Guest access Guests will have access to the full condo unit and over sized two car garage. There is a nice back patio and yard. I ask that guests stay on my side of the divider fence on the patio. Guests will also have access to the side and front yard. Other things to note This condo boarders Canyon Ferry and Saint Mary's Road. The map section was not showing correctly because it is a new subdivision. They are working on updating the map section.
