The Crow's Nest - Larch Pine Inn

Our one-bedroom guest apartment is comfortably decorated and the perfect get-away spot for short-term stays and families. Located in the heart of Clear Lake, IA, it's the perfect home base for all Clear Lake has to offer - 1 block to the Lake, 2 blocks to the Historic Surf Ballroom and 3 blocks to City Park in downtown Clear Lake. Park your car and forget about it. However you define recreation: fishing, bicycling, concerts, boating, swimming, golfing, shopping or relaxing and connecting with nature. We can't wait to share it with you! Sleeping accommodations: This one bedroom apartment accommodates up to 6 people. You are renting the entire apartment, not the entire Bed & Breakfast. The room rate is for double occupancy. There is a $20/night charge for guests 3, 4, 5 and 6. Sleeping accommodations include: a king-size bed in the bedroom, a queen-size pullout sofa in the living space and an EZ inflatable queen-size guest bed in the closet. You will find an EZ inflatable queen-size guest bed in the closet. This is a very comfortable solution for additional guests. Your stay includes a traditional 3 course breakfast at the Larch Pine Inn B&B served on our wrap around, screened-in porch (when weather permits) or our indoor dining room on days with inclement weather. The space The one-bedroom apartment is spacious with great room for the kitchen and dining area, private deck and furnished kitchen. Located on the grounds of the Larch Pine Inn, a romantic 1875 Victorian Bed & Breakfast, known for its wrap-around screened veranda and rated as one of Iowa's top 10 cozy B&Bs. The Crow's Nest is a second floor apartment so you have to walk up 15 steps when you arrive at the front door. The fully furnished bedroom has a four-poster king-size bed with hotel quality Compfy pillows and comforters, two dressers and a closet. The Living and Dining Space: The open floor plan allows for great connectivity and conversations. The deck is perfect for having coffee and lounging as it has great views of the gardens and charming neighborhood. Kitchen: furnished with a gas stove, microwave, full sized fridge, coffee maker, pots & pans and toaster. You'll have what you need to cook in case you'd like to! The Bathroom: whirlpool tub/shower, loads of soft towels, complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the bathroom as well, with complimentary detergent and dryer sheets for your laundry needs. Guest access The whole upstairs apartment and deck are yours. Located on the grounds of the Larch Pine Inn, a romantic 1875 Victorian Bed & Breakfast, known for its wrap-around screened veranda. Crow's Nest guests are welcome to enjoy this shared common area at the Larch Pine Inn. Curl up with a good book or lounge with a cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine at night.
