The space During your stay, you’ll enjoy a newly renovated home with custom fixtures and finishes, an open floor concept, a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Smart TV’s in the living room and each bedroom, free-Wi-Fi, access to a washer and dryer, and plush bedding for a goodnight’s sleep. The master suite offers a king bed and working station and the guest bedroom offers a queen bed. *Queen size air mattress is available upon request. Other things to note Early/Late Check-in: Standard Check-in is at 4pm with an 11am check-out time. We offer early and late check-ins for an additional fee; which must be reviewed and approved in advanced and is determined according to availability. Cancellation Policy: All bookings are final and are not refundable within 7 days of your expected stay and only 50% refundable if outside of the 7-day window. We recommend that all guests purchase traveler’s insurance in order to protect trip costs. Security: This location is secured through ring doorbell cameras, and smart lock entry access. All guests will receive an auto-generated security code prior to your stay. This code changes with each booking to ensure safety and controlled access. Events: Events are strictly prohibited, including but is not limited to: parties of any kind and/or small gatherings. No loud music or extreme noise levels. Smoking: Smoking of any kind (e.g: cigarettes, vaping, hookah’s etc) is strictly prohibited both inside and around the property. Furthermore, an additional fee will be charged in order to deep clean the unit to remove any smoke odors from bedding, furniture, and airways (whether the smell is due to smoking in the property or not). Violation of these rules can and will result in immediate termination of your stay. Additionally, guests are responsible for all fees related to damage, theft, and other incidentals.
