Welcome to The Retreat. Centrally located just 20 minutes from LSU. Relax and unwind in this newly remodel home tucked away in one of Baton Rouges quietness neighborhoods. Secluded from the busyness of the city, yet close to restaurants, grocery stores, and all that Baton Rouge has to offer. The back yard features a swimming pool and outdoor gazebo backing up to the woods. Enjoy friends and family gatherings in the large open floor plan living area. Off street parking for up to four vehicles. The space While you are preparing meals you won't miss out on things with friends and family all around in the open dining room, living room and den. Guest access Guests will have the entire home and pool area to themselves. **Please note, we do not heat our pools in Baton Rouge because our climate allows us to swim 8 months out of the year, therefore the water temperature is completely dependent on the weather.
